And tomorrow... wake up with the thought that something wonderful is about to happen.
You know what you have to do to make that resolution stick, to make that dream a reality. You'll do the work. But it can't hurt to also allow a little room for magic.

ReplyDeleteExercise wise status: I never fully recovered from my herniated disc a year and a half ago. But I've discovered Bikram (hot) yoga, which has eliminated my sciatica and helped a lot with my back pain. But I don't do full-on cardio anymore. And you know what? I haven't gained at all. I'm considering getting TA's rebounder and her new rebounder DVD to start doing. I need to do her butt exercises to keep ming from dragging (42 ain't pretty), but my back is very touchy (for example, I can only do a bit of ab work).
Keep up the good fight. Btw, apparently Courtney Kardashian is on the cover of Us Weekly magazine and she attributes her weight loss to TA Method.
